Ok came bck to SG not long ago lol and guess wad the plane i took was the new airbus A380 and it was 3/4 full of students frm hiroshiyama high sch LOL! 18th Asia Pacific Bartender Of The Year Cocktail Competition 19 Aug @ Clarke Quay

Yeah tmr im off haha but still going down to clarke quay to see the competition lolz well past few days have been very interesting lol i was serving 2 SIA air stewardess and damn they where hot lol but they where older then me lol but nvm i got to know my work place one of the tequila girls well shes cute and same age as me lol i disctintvely remebered she smacking my ass at one point lol and last but nt least i ran into one drunk vietnames chick when i got off work she muz be damn drunk cause i had to help her up lol i helped her to the taxi stand and flagged a taxi for her well nt bad in a days work nite life is always very interesting haha

Dinner and Dance 2008 aftermath

OK im bck and considerably drunk LOL! but now much sober ler haha had a great time today but also had its unhappy ending ok start frm the begining as per normal register then sit down listen to speech then eat and then the party started and i tell u pump room staff we rock guys owned the other 2 resturant staff united as one huat ar ok when i got pics i will put on my friendster lol the bar was damn interesting had a coupple of our female staff do blow job shots (ahem nt tat kind u tink, its a alcoholic drink) a guy will lie on the bar top and we will put whip cream and cherries on his nipples, belly button and chest area and a shot glass of blow job (Ingredients: kahlua, baileys, banana liqueur and whip cream) on the ahem u noe where lar ar dont need say. Then the girl has to eat and lick all the cherries and whip cream and finally move to down there and finish the drink in one gulp. Ok and then we moved on to every one take turn lie on the bar and then the bartender will pour vodka and juice into our mouths and see who can take the most and freaking hell we did drink ALOT! i counted myself i had 5 beers, 3 rum coke 6 vodka with assorted juice mixers and a few shots of vodka by itself before losing count and in the process we all got very wet and sticky so we also did a water party haha running arund throwing water at each other.

When the main event started to die down we kicked up the volume and started to rock the house with our DJ Jason, everything was fine untill the trouble started when one drunk idiot frm the other staff nt frm pump room openly infornt of ourselves said i dont like your club manager (do keep in mind the party is held in OUR club) freaking hell a fight started outside but quickly broke up, i ran out and restrained my friend who wanted to beat tat guy who made the comment, we tried our best to calm him down and talk him out of it. Well it work and everything was settled, but nt more then 10 mins later another fight started tis time between our own staff, our DJ and floor captain. Our floor captain is frm india and so being drunk he anyhw bomb out a comment directed to singaporeans, i myself nt very sure wad he said as i was quite drunk already but i could still tink straight. So i again went ran to help break up the fight tis one needed at least 1 and a half hour to cool down there where ready to fight sia never see each other so angry before well ladies and gentleman thats the power of alcohol for u it can make people do crazy and unintentional tings so pls do drink in morderation or ask me to help u judge hw much u can drink unless u can be like me drunk already but can still keep a clear and straight mind.

To all customers The Pump Room, Peony Jade and Quay Side Resturant will be closed at 9pm to celebrate our annual staff dinner and dance sorry for any inconvenience caused.

YEAH!!!! D&D woot time to party people ok well the theme is supposed to be a mafia kind of tingy but i dont have the hat to pull it off haha so i will juz go as formal lol and wads great free flow of house pours and beers to all staff yeah!!!! i swear i gona attack the whisky and burbon and drink till drunk haha and also good news im gona start my training as a professional bartender next next week muhaha but i will start of as a bar back and work my way up the ladder i see my club manager do flaring damn powerful i worship him sia and also 19 aug theres a bartending competion happening at clarke quay im gona be there and see anyway its juz in front of my work place so yeah haha

Yawns so tired lol juz woke up haha hmm well last nite was my frist day on duty in pump room and man it was crazy cant even serve customer properly keep banging into customers sia and spilling all the wine and booze all over the place haha and i kana elbow on the dance floor lol nw i noe hw the staff at nite clubs feel but wads mre yesterday is thursday today is fri die liao lol well theres alot of stuff i saw like the guys frm highlander wear a freaking scotish kilt as in the scotland SKIRT! fucking shit so weird sia seeing guys in skirts haha and they wear STOCKINGS also OMG! lol ok next i was serving this table got one ang moh guy and one chinese gal there and freaking shit there where literaly making out infront of everyone and i mean nt the normal type of making out as in tat kind of drunk making out their hands and they where literally everywhere and i swear i saw the guys hand go under the girls shirt and squeeze sumthing u noe wad lar ar i don need sae lol ok and there where kinda alot of escorts arund the club lol

Well i went to vivo city HBC for interview lol guess they do need staff so yup i nw go 2 jobs liao haha but gona be abit headache to see which one to jagar but i shuld be focusing more on pump room cause if i do work at vivo i only intend to be bartender unless really bo bian i have to go on floor duty lol yup yup and cool i get to wear the new pump room uniform instead of the yellow trainee one hehe but then ai i wan wear the blck HBC uniform leh don like to wear the white one so ugly looking lol see hw lar mabey tok to the supervisor can chg mind hehe

I got a replacement copy of the frolick book heng ar luckily can get haha and nt bad i got fired today LOL! Nvm no worries i already had a backup plan gona start work at The Pump Room @ Clarke Quay on wenesday well so long hogs breath cafe only held my dreams bck at least nw i can move on with my dreams. Went to the place and checked it out througly thanks to suhardi (he's the OM) for giving me a tour of the place its much better then hogs lol and woah the drinks list is very impressive. Got a copy of the menus just now now gona start studying asap =)

Ai... fucking shit feel damn stress... cause of work lor everything muz do sui sui then can ai i give a short summary then u all understand.

Ok peanut bro intro this job 2 months ago to me at holland village the place is called hogs breath cafe under the company of strumms. Ok i started out as a dishwasher lolx then move up to runner (serve food) then to the door bitch (the person tat stands at the enternce and greets people) then to floor staff where i get to take orders. It was then i started to get hooked to the bar cause well i had 2 aspirations of wad i wan become in the future,
1) Aircraft enginer - well gone down the drain O lvl get F9 for maths
2) Professional bartender - cause i have a mini bar at home and i like to play arund with drinks
so begins my small learnings of the bar, i learn how to clean properly, do this and that then move on to pouring and making of drinks and beers. I became more and more enthu abt the bar and wanted to learn more. I even copied down all the liquer recipies. Sad to say people thought i was rushing cause i dint get the food right and i wanted to learn about bar, they juz dint understand that i wanted to take bartending as a life time job and not a part time one after i complete my NS.

Things where rough at the start trying to prove myself to everyone but slowly got better. Then there was a opening at a bar called bullfrog which was also under strumms management and i voulentered to go. It was my dream coming true to become a bartender at a real bar/pub but had to undergo further training before i could be posted there, i decided to learn everything in hogs be it the bar or food everything to prove that i was able to earn my right to work as a bartender. But it was a week ago when i lost all motivation to work, just because of a stupid incident i went out to club at saint james with peanut bro on a wenesday, knowing i was sick thought i could survive till the next day nothing happen, i was wrong. About 1am+ i started to feel the sickly effects so i decided to play safe i msg all the management level telling them i am sick and not coming to work later except my head chef cause i dont have his no.

The next day was a thursday so it should be a quiet day for us cause normaly weekday very quiet and already there where 3 staff on duty so i thought less one staff wont hurt. I decided to sleep till i woke up around 1+ in the afternoon, when i woke up i saw my phone and there was peanut bro telling me i was gona get fired or sumthing. A very big thanks to my supervisor for saving my ass and helping me to tok to her so i wont get fired. My OM was furious at me because she dint get the msg or i told her too late. But the actual fact is we got hit, upstairs had a resevation for 20pax, downstairs was full house and 2 staff running the floor. And one of the staff daisy had only a week of exp under her belt. Thats why she was furious at me. I wanted to come for the night shit to make up for the afternoon mess but my mum forced me to stay at home saying i not well dont go work. Bo pian i had to listen to her and even more jialat at nite we kana slam again fucking shit. So when i reported for work on fri i had a sit down with our OM, well she yelled at me saying i was leaving the team when they needed me the most and it was all my fault. I was thinking, That time only got me, daisy and yourself and we kana hit u dint make noise so why are u making so much noise now? The rest had earlier told me to tahan her scolding everything will be fine, so i juz tahan but then she drop the bomshell. I was stripped of all bar privellages and lost my place in bullfrog... I was stunned and nothing to say...

After a few days i tried talking to my OM pleading with her if i was able to still go over to bullfrog, she told me not for a long time will u go anywhere near a bar, serve this as a punishment for you. Then never mind i thought mabey i continue proving myself things will change. I then asked her wad about my trainee tag when can i remove it? she said i had to take a test and pass. Ok i thought it would be a piece of cake, i was fucking wrong again, i went to check on my schedule on our office laptop 2 days ago and i happen to chance on a window named "Trainee Graduation Test" well being a guy narturally u will want to get an edge so i decided to take a quick peek at what will be tested.
FUCKIG SHIT! Most of those question that she is testing me is either the customers will never ask in a hundered years or its only for management level people to noe! I then went out and question my OM about the passing criteria. She told me to pass you need to get 100% every single question correct! Fucking shit i comfirm will fail lor... Just to remove the trainee tag muz go thru such fucking hardship. Already i lost my bar stuff i keep quiet now this? WTF (Keep in mind that all this while i am only working part time) Damn fucking shit i spoke to my AM abt this and he said bro work for me for one more month, ok i get the hint, so i just tahan lor...

But for me i still want to be a profesional bartender and Essential O Brew next door is looking for staff (they got a mini bar though nt stocked very well like hogs bar) and i feel quite happy to jump ship... but if i do it will comfirm affect my relation with the hogs staff... hai i donne mabey i later today discuss this with my AM... see what can be done.

Btw I got my 20th frolick chop today and i got the guide to courtship and dating and breakups lolx (for those who dont noe frolick is a yoghurt shop) ok now on to more yoghurt eat one cup everyday haha and collect their badges too.
